How do I register?

In order to create a free customer account, click on »sign in/registration« in the top right corner and fill out the registration form. Alternatively, you can set up your account while placing your first order. Please provide a valid email address and a password of your choice.

How can I change my password?

Simply navigate to »sign in/registration« in the top right corner and click on »forgot password« to enter your registered email address. We will send you an email with a reset link for your new password, which you can then modify accordingly.

How do I place an order?

Ordering with Pure is very easy. Simply add the desired items to your cart and press »checkout«. If you haven’t already, setting up a customer account is advisable at this point. To complete your order, follow the three-step ordering process (address – payment – confirmation).

Do my billing and shipping address have to match?

No, they can differ as long as you enter the correct information into the designated fields.

Can I order over the phone?

Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to place an order by phone.

The item I want to order is sold out. What can I do?

There is still a chance that the item will become available again. Unfortunately, we cannot predict if and when availability will change.

How do I pay?

You can choose between the following methods of payment: Visa, PayPal, Mastercard, Klarna, iDeal and Sepa.

Why was my credit card declined?

This can have many reasons, amongst others technical difficulties, incorrect information or account expiration. You are welcome to use any of our other payment options: PayPal, Klarna, iDeal und Sepa. 

Where can I find the Card Validation Code on my credit card?

The three-digit security code (CVC or CVV) can be found on the back of your credit card. 

What do SEPA, IBAN and BIC stand for?

SEPA stands for Single Euro Payments Area and denotes the newly standardised regulation for euro transactions across Europe. IBAN (International Bank Account Number) is a transaction number that renders the entering of additional account details superfluous. BIC (Business Identifier Code) is an internationally standardised bank code that allows the clear identification of the person providing payment.
